Welcome to MERTZ Pharma Handel GmbH! We are a pharmaceutical trading and service company based in Hamburg. Founded in 2011, we specialize in the purchase and distribution of medicines to wholesalers and intermediaries as well as pharmacies.
Our small team tackles interesting and demanding challenges and with our all-round know-how we are committed to quality, safety and logistics with one goal in mind: customer satisfaction.
We stand for permanent jobs, low staff turnover and flat hierarchies. We are looking for you as a new team member, full-time and with immediate effect.
What you can achieve with us:
- Supporting the management and colleagues in purchasing and sales with strategic and operational tasks
- Correspondence with internal and external contacts in German and English
- Acquisition, preparation & analysis of data for decision preparation
- Processing & monitoring of order management
- Support in setting up and expanding our export business and manufacturing operations
What we want and what convinces us:
- Completed commercial training or a degree with a business background - professional experience in trade or in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals is an advantage
- a quick grasp & a well-structured / organized way of working
- a cost & quality awareness as well as conscientiousness
- a stylish, confident and friendly demeanor (in person, in writing and by telephone) and confidence in dealing with business partners
- Loyalty and discretion as a matter of course
- the drive to implement things independently and together as a team
- Strong communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality
- Confident use of common office software
- very good German and good English skills, spoken and written (deepl allowed 😉)
