Returns policy:
The following regulation concerns the return of medicinal products as returns and in the event of recall.
Returns form download
- General conditions for returns
1.1. A return is the return of marketable medicinal products within the meaning of Section 7b of the AM-HandelsV to Mertz Pharma Handel GmbH, from whom they were previously purchased directly.
1.2. Complete the
Returns form. It must be completely filled out, stamped and signed.
1.3. A copy of the invoice and the completed returns form (original) must be enclosed with the return shipment.
1.4. The return must be sent in a sturdy outer box (i.e. not a shipping bag!) and with sufficient & carefully selected packaging material and with sufficient postage.
1.5. In order to ensure a controlled shipment of the medicines, the return shipment must be carried out by a qualified pharmaceutical logistics service provider (trans-o-flex or Thermomed).1.6. AtChilled goodsis always aTemperature protocolfor the duration of storage.
- Exclusion from return
2.1 Expired goods cannot be returned.
2.2 Goods with the following characteristics are excluded from return:
1. Goods purchased from other pharmaceutical wholesalers or pharmacies
2. Damaged goods due to self-inflicted fault
3. Goods with third-party labels
4. Incomplete packages
5. Packages with different batches that do not correspond to the delivery note
6. Goods for which the return form according to section 1.2 is not completely filled out and/or no copy of the invoice is enclosed.
2.3. Special offer goods that were delivered under special conditions due to a short remaining shelf life cannot generally be returned.
2.4. Articles with packaging changes will not be accepted for return as long as they are still marketable.
- Credit for a return
- 3.1. The reimbursement for returns is based on the AEK/HAP valid at the time of return and is limited to the purchase price actually paid after deduction of all discounts granted.
- 3.2. Returns are reimbursed by means of a credit note or replacement goods. Customers who participate in the direct debit procedure will receive a credit note on their account for automatic settlement. Customers who do not participate in this procedure will receive a refund.
- 3.3. Goods purchased directly from us, which are sent to us and whose remaining shelf life is more than 12 months upon receipt of the goods at our premises, will be credited in accordance with section 3.1.
- 3.4. Adjustments for loss in inventory value due to price changes will not be carried out.
- recall
- 4.1 In the event of a recall, the goods must be returned to us immediately in accordance with the recall text published in the trade press and with sufficient postage.
- 4.2. Goods returned in accordance with clause 4.1 will be accepted and credited in accordance with clause 3.1.
- 4.3. When crediting recalled goods, postage costs will not be refunded.
- 4.4 There is no entitlement to any further compensation for expenses.
- 4.5. Recall goods that have already expired by the date of the recall cannot be credited and will be destroyed.
